• On the right hand side of the blog, you will find categories for each area, so you can choose to go straight to the specific area you’d like to read about, or you can just generally browse through all of the posts.
• Posts will made weekly, this way the content will always be fresh and relevant to you.
• Not sure which area you’d like to work on? Go to our ‘Wheel Page’ and download your copy of your Wheel of Life. Instructions on how to use it included.
• If you would like to contact the specific coach, you will find their details on the contact page, or on their relevant blog posting.
